Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free shipping is available on orders over $75.

Return Policy

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

  2. We'll provide a prepaid return label within 2 business days
  3. Package items securely in their original packaging

Return Shipping

We provide prepaid return labels for your convenience. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item sent).

Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution:

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.

Holiday Shipping

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. We recommend using a secure delivery location or requiring a signature for delivery of high-value orders.
